At the rear of property there are Patio doors leading from both the dining and sitting rooms that open onto the secluded private terrace with garden furniture and Webber barbeque, ideal for alfresco dining. The terrace steps lead up to an extensive and beautiful half acre gardens which backs onto fields with access to bridal and walking paths.

This 4 bedroom property is very well equipped and furnished. The owners have provided a vast range of books, games and also a selection of DVDs and a CD collection for your enjoyment and to create a home from home feel. The property also benefits from wireless internet connection.There is off-street parking for 2 cars, a front garden leading to the entrance and extensive gardens at the rear.

Views across the village to the sea and Lundy Island to the fromt and patio doors leading to the rear garden. A well stocked bookcase and DVDs provided this is a great place to chill out after a day out on the beach. Croyde Village
Croyde is a really lovely village with 3 pubs, all of which have beer gardens and serve good food (all a short walk from Holiday Home Template). The Thatch is especially popular with locals and visitors alike. There is also a small bistro and a cafe. There is a selection of surf shops, souvenir shops, post office and ice cream shop. Needless to say you can easily get your hands on a variety of different pasties for a traditional Devonshire lunch!
